Cumfy provides a guest experience and operations platform for hospitality properties. Our services include digital check-in/checkout, guest request tracking, staff task management, SLA enforcement, and analytics dashboards.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Cumfy platform are owned by Zest Living and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed upon during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cumfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
